WHAT DO OUR EVENT LEADERS DO?

Across all locations, our amazing volunteer Event Leaders are the lifeblood of the organisation, bringing energy and enthusiasm to our fitness, social, and volunteering events. As an Event Leader, you’ll be our representative on the ground, engage with our members and ensure we continue to provide quality service.

SELECTION PROCESS

  1. Align with the BUA values (wellness, mateship, service and courage)

  2. Attend 2 BUA events to understand our community.

  3. Police Background & Working with Children Check.

  4. Physically active & prior leadership experience.

  5. Commit to delivering 1 event per month.
